These terms and conditions, together with the Data Protection Policy, Website Terms of Use, Client Declaration Form and any other information brought to your attention before you submit your application, form the basis of your contract with United Agents LLC, hereafter "the Company", "we", "us". Please read these carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations, and all services offered and accepted are subject to these terms and conditions. References to "you" and "your" include all persons named on the ETA application and for whom the ETA application is to be made the ("the User"). In these terms and conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, words in the singular shall include the plural and vice versa.
By instructing the Company to undertake services on your behalf, the User is deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
The services offered by the company consists of but is not limited to the processing of ETA applications and/or other documents for Users for the purposes of travel to the United Kingdom ("Offered Service").
Important Notice
The Company is not an advisory service. The Company provides carefully collected information, which is, and must be taken as, only an interpretation of the information provided by the UK home office. The Company cannot be held liable for any omissions or errors in the information provided. You are strongly advised to check all information. Any costs incurred by following the information provided by the Company, without first checking its accuracy, are solely your responsibility.
'Necessary Information' means the information required from a User to allow the Company to submit an application for an ETA to travel the United Kingdom, such information may include, but is not limited to, the User's name, address, email, and any other information which the Company considers necessary for the purposes processing the User's ETA application.
By instructing the company for the provision of the Offered Service, the User accepts all requirements, restrictions and limitations of liability set out in all documentation forming the contract between the parties.
Should the Company accept liability for the failure to obtain a requested ETA, or return a requested visa to the User in a timely manner, the user's sole and exclusive remedy against the Company for damages is the return of any Service Charge actually paid by the User to the Company, minus any government fees or third party service charges. Please note, we cannot accept any liability for any damage, loss or expense or other sum(s) of any description which on the basis of the information given to us by you concerning your ETA application prior to our accepting it, we could not have foreseen you would suffer or incur if we breached our contract with you (consequential losses); or (b) any business losses. We do not exclude liability for any cause of action, loss or damage prohibited by UK law.
The User's use of the Website and or the Offered Service is on the strict understanding that the Website and or the Offered Service is not engaged in rendering advice and should not be relied upon when making any related travel or other decision. The information contained within the Website and or the Offered Service is provided without warranties expressed or implied relating to the accuracy, fitness for purpose, compatibility or security of any components of the Website and or the Offered Service. The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Website and or the Offered Service nor, that any representation or statement contained on the Website will be error free.
We will make our best endeavors to ensure your ETA application goes smoothly. However, in the rare event that you are not happy with the service you have received and wish to make a complaint, we request that you notify the Company of your complaint by email as soon as possible to support@uk-electronic-eta.com.

United Agents LLC ("We") are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.
This policy together with our terms and conditions sets out the basis on which any personal data we collect from you, or that you provide to us, will be processed by us. Please read the following carefully to understand our views and practices regarding your personal data and how we will treat it.

United Agents LLC will collect personal information from the application form which you submit to us upon instruction; passport photocopies and any other documentation provided to us for the purposes of your ETA application. This will include but is not limited to the User's name, contact details such as your address, phone and email and holiday destination.
Personal information may also be gathered from when you write email us to make an enquiry.
United Agents LLC uses your personal information to submit an ETA application on your behalf. For the purpose of providing you with our services, we will disclose the information to a third party which is UK government.
In order for you to travel overseas, it may be mandatory (as requested by government authorities) to disclose your information for immigration, security and anti-terrorism purposes, or any other purposes which they determine appropriate. Even if not mandatory, we may exercise our discretion to assist where appropriate.
United Agents LLC may also use information held about you in the following ways:
United Agents LLC does not sell or pass on data to any third parties but we may use your data on behalf of a third party.
United Agents LLC may also collect details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access.
We may also disclose information to organizations who act as "data processors" on our behalf, or to other organizations who perform business functions on our behalf. These functions include administration, providing services (and contacting you where necessary), customer care, business management and operation, re-organization/structuring/sale of our business (or our group companies), risk assessment, payment gateway, security and crime prevention/detection, research and analysis, marketing, monitoring, measuring and assessing customer purchasing preferences and trends, dispute resolution, credit checking and debt collection.
Due to privacy laws, United Agents LLC is unable to discuss your personal details and/or your ETA applications with any third party enquiring on your behalf (including family) unless you provide your consent authorizing us to do so.
By submitting your personal data, you agree to the below outlined transfer, storage or processing of said data. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.
All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted. Where We have given you (or where you have chosen) a password or PIN codes which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password or PIN code confidential. We ask you not to share a it with anyone.
We have taken all reasonable steps to have appropriate security measures in place to protect your information. The transmission of information via the internet is never completely secure. We exclude our liability for personal data lost in transmission to the website.
We may pass your details to other parties who offer goods or services which we feel may interest you. If do not wish to have your details passed on in this way, you may ask us in writing not to do so.

The Act gives you the right to access information held about you. Your right of access can be exercised in accordance with the Act. Any access request may be subject to a fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.

If any (singular or plural) provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision(s) shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed to be deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.
It is agreed that any dispute, claim or other matter which may arise in relation to your electronic travel authorization application and/or Offered Service will be governed by US law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of US.
